Common Law Marriage

Monday October 8, 2007

(1) Chris in Connecticut says:

I will with someone for over 20 years (18 yrs in NY and 2 in CT) and now that we split up, I’ve been told I am entitled to absolutely nothing! He just married someone and she ended up with the two houses (that I helped fix) and many other things. LISTEN UP GIRLS, don’t live with someone unless you have something in writing. Thanks for listening. Chris
