Yes divorce can be extremely stressful. I recently filed for divorce and decided doing it on my own would be the cheapest and easiest way to go. My spouse and I agree to this divorce so this makes it a lot easier. This means we don’t need a lawyer to fight our case. And we all know, lawyers mean $$$ I’m grateful for companies like divorce4her that help with the legal jargon and make it seamless. Do your research, it is most important as so is this decision.

Yes, that is nice to have both parents in the child’s life. But have you forgotten – there is a reason for some people who are getting the divorce – THEY JUST DON’T GET ALONG! So now this LAW will force two people to spend more time together, when the reason for the divorce was to get away from the other person. That would cause more stress to all parents, and the uncomfortable level will be very high. How is that helpful to the child? Seeing the parents arguing and fighting all the time.
