There is an interesting study coming out about those who divorce tend to be more at risk for chronic illnesses including heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, and cancer – all stress related illnesses. Taking care to ensure that you are doing everything possible to reduce your overall stress level when divorcing is extremely important. Deciding to divorce is stressful enough, the divorce process should not further heighten personal stress any more than it has to.
