Is Jon Gosselin Cheating on Kate?

Jon Gosselin’s affair with Deana Hummel has been “confirmed” by the brother of the alleged other woman, Jason Hummel.

Jason, the loose-lipped brother told Us Weekly, "She's a nice girl, not a home wrecker, He is a bad liar. This isn't healthy for her. But she is refusing to help herself, so here I am trying to help her myself. I hope this clears the air."

Deana responded to her brothers accusations by telling People magazine that her brother “has no credibility ... I can't even stomach the lies he's saying about me... [he] is very shady. He has no job. He has a criminal background. He was charged for drug distribution. He's on probation right now."

So, who is telling the truth? Who knows?!?!

One thing has to be certain though, right now things are not looking good for Jon Gosselin. Whether he is having an affair or not he has now put himself in a position of having to prove to Kate he has been faithful and he has no one to blame but himself.

As abrasive as Kate can be I’m finding it impossible to feel sorry for Jon and the situation he has found himself in. The man is either cheating or he is as dumb as a box of rocks.

Here is the evidence against Jon:

1. In February he was seen cavorting with college coeds. Drinking, making out and having a great time without his wife.

2. In late April he was videotaped leaving a bar with Deana Hummel at 2:00am. He was too drunk to drive so she got behind the wheel and who knows where they went from there.

3. Deana’s brother has now accused him of spending the night at the home he shares with his sister. According to him it was less than pleasant hearing the noises coming from the bedroom while Jon was over. Ick!

4. David Reitnauer a security guard at a Pennsylvania motel swears he caught Jon “smooching” a woman in a stairwell at the motel one night. A woman who was not Kate his wife.

5. Supposedly there is a videotape of Jon leaving Deana Hummel’s home very early one morning.

6. Deana was recently photographed in a bikini sunbathing in Jon’s front yard while Kate was out of town.

Based on the evidence above what do you think, is Kate Gosselin’s husband cheating? Or is he just going through a midlife crisis…one that has put his marriage and family in jeopardy?
