After Divorce Court

After divorce court, the judge will take all documents filed and evidence presented and study them to determine how he feels the matters are best resolved. Once a judge has made a decision the parties to the divorce will sign the final decree of divorce. The final decree is a signed and dated order giving the judge's opinion on such issues as:
