Did your attorney make mistakes during your divorce?
My attorney didn't just make a few mistakes, he sold me down the river! My mentally ill husband ran away 14 months earlier, abandoning me and our farm! The husbands "attorney" is a FOC Hearings Officer working with the "Judges".
Were you the victim of an unethical judge?
Yes!! and Yes!! xxxx xxxxx had made his judgment before he ever met me! I did NOT sign the judgment. xxxxx retired a couple weeks later (I fired xxxx who never subpoenaed the records I told him we needed and never filed a Counter Lawsuit-I even drafted it and gave him an electronic version )
Then Judge xxxxxx xxxx continued the abuse. She evicted me because I didn't move out fast enough to suit her (the Ex, attorneys and the judges all knew they had Oil and Gas Leases pending with Savoy Oil of Traverse City)so they booted me out and seized/stole 27 horses, all my farm equipment and family antiques and auctioned them off
What needs to change in the Family Court System?
These CROOKS ALL NEED TO BE THROWN IN PRISON! All the people involved need a taste of the same kind of "Justice." My attorney didn't just make mistakes he sold me down the river. NEVER NEVER Give up!! All it takes for EVIL to succeed, is for good people to do NOTHING. This girl has been bullied, defrauded, and robbed...but I am NOT BEATEN.
