Guest Author Marc E. Angelucci

In 2000, Mr. Angelucci founded the National Coalition of Free Men, Los Angeles chapter, a nonprofit organization that addresses men's issues and looks at how sex discrimination affects men and boys. In 2001, the Southern Poverty Law Center's National Campaign for Tolerance invited and designated Mr. Angelucci as an honoree of the Campaign's Wall of Tolerance, co-chaired by civil rights icons Rosa Parks and Morris Dees.

Mr. Angelucci is also a talented attorney who has been involved in several high profile cases involving paternity fraud and domestic violence. He has specialized knowledge in sex discrimination litigation against government entities in California under the Equal Protection clause and against private entities under the California Unruh Civil Rights Act. He helped Assemblyman Rod Wright and Senator Roy Ashburn draft legislation to prevent paternity fraud, has served on the State of California's Paternity Establishment Workgroup formed by Governor Gray Davis, and has testified on paternity issues before California Legislature's Senate and Assembly Judiciary Committees.
